Should our quotation match your budget, we will meet up with you to discuss and define ideas, brand directions, job functions, style, timeframes and anything relevant to your particular request. This process will give us an in-depth understanding of your business needs, branding and staff feedbacks.

We pride ourselves as designers and value our expertise in fashionable uniform design, however we can only do our best if clients are clear about their brief. We highly recommend clients to be prepared with your written design brief with information before working with us such as:

- Brand guide.

- Theme or moodboard of your uniform

- Objectives of uniform.

- Position and Categories of uniform wearers.

Proposal and Presentation



After gathering information from the meeting, we will propose design options in drawings with fabric swatches for your selection along with an estimated quotation. At the presentation, we will evaluate the designs together to further improve and finalize on design details.

Our design service is chargeable and fees are based on project scope and requirements. Design fees can be waived once your bulk uniform orders are placed with us.



Sampling Stage

Upon initial design selection, a prototype will be made for clients to test use and visualise the look. With final design details, order quantity and quotation are confirmed, we will proceed with the bulk uniform production.

Our sampling and prototyping services are chargeable. Sampling fees can be waived once your bulk uniform orders are placed with us.

Uniform Production


Bulk production


Our skilled pattern makers will draft and cut the fabrics according to the garments specifications and send to the production team for the uniform manufacturing process. This process will take 4-8 weeks or more depending on quantity and season.

Quality Control & Delivery


Delivery of Goods

At Q U Division, we carry out rigorous Quality Control Process – garments are thoroughly checked for measurement discrepancies and product defects. This ensures that our products are of highest quality. Your uniforms will then be delivered to you on a given schedule.

Aftersales Service


Post Delivery

As an experienced uniform service provider, we seek to build a long lasting relationship with you, hence we understand the need to provide after sales services after goods delivered for matters such as alterations, defective goods and other special requests.
